Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping Includes:
- Inspection of box condition.
- Pop is covered in bubble wrap.
- Pop is shipped through USPS First Class.
- We are not responsible for any minor manufacturer defects or minor damages caused by the USPS, including but not limited to minor cosmetic paint defects or minor scrapes, rubbing, dings, dents, or creases on box.
- If box arrives with any major damage, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will include you on our replacement box list.
- Replacement boxes will be available 2 - 3 month after release date. Date subject to change by Funko.
- Please refer to Pre-order FAQ under Returns & Exchanges for more information.
- Any cancellation after 14 days of ordering will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- If the item is no longer available, we will be happy to issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Pop
Any item with major defects or damage can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item (or a replacement box), if you send us the request within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item is no longer available, we will to issue a refund after the item is returned to us.
We may request that you e-mail a detailed picture of your broken or defective item to help us determine the defect.
Stolen/Lost Packages
We are not responsible for any packages stolen or misplaced by the USPS. If tracking information shows your item has been delivered to your address you must contact USPS about your lost or stolen item. Please ensure you ship your item to a secure address, such as a workplace where someone will be there to receive it on your behalf.
Undeliverable/Incorrect Address
If you provide an undeliverable address and the item is sent back to us, you will have to pay for shipping again to receive the item (You will be billed again through our website). If you decide to cancel the order, you will only be refunded for the cost of the item itself, and it will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for packages sent to an old or incorrect address, if it is the one provided to us. If the package is sent back to us, you will have to pay for shipping again to receive the item. We are not responsible if the package is not sent back and there will be no compensation. Please ensure your shipping address is completely correct. Make sure you put the correct apartment/suite/bldg. numbers as well.
We will be sending out mass emails before shipping the product to remind everyone to adjust their shipping addresses if necessary.
