RETURN POLICY
• Any issues and/or claims must be made within 30 days upon delivery, anything beyond 30 days will no longer be accepted (no exceptions)
• Our return policies do not apply to misunderstood/incompatible ads.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Item must be unopened for all returns. There will be a 30% restocking fee if the item has been opened or tampered with.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Shipping charges are non-negotiable.
• Once an item's tracking/delivery confirmation shows delivered, we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for returned items to be processed.
Funko Pops Return Policy
We do not guarantee against shelf wear or minor damage to packaging during shipping. Also some figures show minor paint and packaging imperfections. Funko does not consider these as defects, so they cannot be returned due to these imperfections.
Bundle Preorders
Cancellations must be made within 14 days. Cancellations after 14 days will incur a 30% restocking fee, or receive a full refund in store credit only.
Pre-Order F.A.Q.
Pre-Order Policy: You are allowed cancel your pre-order with no fees within 14 days of the first pre-order day (Ex; if the pre-order began on 9/1 , you have until 9/15) . Beyond 14 days , you are subjected to a 15% cancellation fee .
How do I know that I have successfully placed my order?
If your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Will you ship all of my pre-ordered items together?
Multiple quantity of the same pre-order item will be shipped together when we receive the product at our warehouse. We do not hold orders to ship multiple pre-ordered items together.
Can I combine an order that contains a pre-order with other DragonsTrading merchandise?
Yes, however all items must arrive in warehouse before anything will be shipped. If you prefer to receive products as they arrive, please place separate orders.
When will I be charged?
We will process payments once you have placed the pre-order and ship the products when we receive them at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email after you are being charged.
How accurate is the shipping date on the product page?
We strive to keep the expected date of arrival as up-to-date as possible. But because we don't have control over the production of these products, pre-order dates are subject to change without prior notice.
Can I modify or cancel a preorder?
Yes, pre-ordered items can be modified before the item ships. Be sure to have your order number, which you received in a confirmation email.
